Our design revisions will reveal the years of experience that have been implemented into the machines.Resistance welding equipment has been produced ranging from simple spot welders, to multi-gun press welders. Weldtronic, Medar, and Entron welding controls have been utilized, along with interfacing Programmable Learning Computers. CTM will gladly adapt to the controller of your preference.
CTM has a special interest in robotic welding cells. Previous weld cells have include such items as fixturing, safety cages, light curtains, P.L.C, automatic clamping and sensors for in process checking. Motoman and Panasonic robots are programmed by in house factory trained personnel.
A complete data list of all replacement parts, and the standard capability study are provided with every machine.
As illustrated on the next pages, the variety and complexity of our machines are greatly diversified. Arc and Resistance welders, Bending machines, and Robotic weld cells are the most common.
